Residential Real Estate Agent at Madison Monroe Properties
Walter grew up in North Carolina and moved to the Charlottesville area in 1998. He attended the Miller School of Albemarle located in Crozet, Virginia. Followed his passion for woodworking and attended the Savannah College of Art and design and majored in furniture design. After college, Walter got into Real Estate. This was at the very beginning of the recession of 2008. This is when he decided to follow one of his dreams and live in Colorado. He ended up staying in Colorado for six years working in the oil and gas industry. On one of his visits home he ended up meeting a real estate agent and she convinced him to come back and sell real estate. At this point oil was at $110 a barrel and doing very well but at the same time real estate was on the rise. He left colorado and headed east to start his real estate career. He says that he is very happy that he made the switch when he did. Now the oil industry is very slow and real estate is very active.
Walter returned to real estate a couple of years ago. He concentrates on Residential Properties both on the buyer’s and seller’s side. After 2 years back in the industry Walter switched firms to work closely with his father, Natt Hall Jr at Madison Monroe Properties.
